Rules for the Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal Information We Collect
(1) Certain business functions we offer rely on specific categories of personal information in order to operate properly. If you choose to use such functions, you will be required to provide, or permit us to collect, the following necessary information:

(3) In order to ensure the secure and stable operation of our software and services, our product—as well as certain third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) integrated into our app (see the "Third-Party SDK Integration" section below)—may collect the following data:
- Device model
- Operating system version
- International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI)
- Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID)
- Media Access Control (MAC) address
- Clipboard data
- Android ID
- IP address
- Operational logs, usage logs, and service logs
(4) Important Notice: Certain third-party SDKs may also collect device MAC addresses and IMEI numbers. However, we require that all third-party SDKs integrated into our application may only be initialized and permitted to collect personal information after you have granted explicit consent to this Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Personal Information
For personal information that is deemed necessary, we use it to deliver the corresponding business functionality. We may also use such information to maintain and improve the relevant features, and to develop new functionalities. For non-essential personal information, we may use it for the following purposes, including but not limited to:

Certain modules or functionalities within our services may be provided by third-party vendors. For example, we may engage service providers to assist us in delivering customer support.
For companies, organizations, or individuals entrusted by us to process personal information, we will enter into strict confidentiality agreements with them. These agreements require them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and any other applicable confidentiality and security measures.

How We Protect Your Personal Information
- (1) We have implemented industry-standard security safeguards to protect the personal information you provide, and to prevent unauthorized access, public disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss of such data. We take all reasonable and practicable measures to protect your personal information.
- (2) We take all reasonable and practicable measures to ensure that we do not collect irrelevant personal information. We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
- (3) Please note that the Internet environment is not completely secure. While we will do our best to ensure or guarantee the security of any information you send us, we cannot promise absolute security. If any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards are compromised, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personal information, thereby infringing upon your legitimate rights and interests, we will assume corresponding legal responsibilities.
- (4) In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic details of the incident and its potential impact, the measures we have taken or will take in response, recommendations on how you may prevent and mitigate risks independently, and any remedial measures we will offer to you. We will notify you in a timely manner via email, letter, phone call, push notification, or other appropriate means. If it is difficult to inform individuals one by one, we will issue a public notice in a reasonable and effective manner.
In addition, we will proactively report the handling of personal information security incidents as required by regulatory authorities.
Third-Party SDK Integration Statement
To ensure the proper functioning of the ikitbot App and to maintain the security and stability of the application, we may integrate software development kits (SDKs) provided by third parties for specific purposes.
We conduct strict security assessments and monitoring of all SDKs used by our partners to safeguard your data and ensure compliance with our privacy and security standards.
Details of the third-party SDKs we have integrated are listed in the appendix to this policy.
Third-Party SDK Directory (iOS)
- Allies Analytics SDK:
- Information Collected: Device information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI/Geolocation), unique device identifier and device serial number, software installation list.
- Purpose of Use: Our product integrates with the allies+SDK, which collects your device's MAC address, unique device identifier, and serial number in order to provide statistical analysis services. Additionally, the SDK uses geolocation data to calibrate the accuracy of report data and to provide basic anti-fraud capabilities.

Your Rights
In accordance with the laws, regulations, standards, and common practices applicable in your country or region, we guarantee your rights to exercise control over your personal information as follows:
- (1) Right to Access Your Personal Information
You have the right to access your personal information, except where restricted by applicable laws or regulations. For information generated during your use of our products or services, we will provide access as long as it does not require disproportionate effort. - (2) Right to Correct Your Personal Information
If you find inaccuracies in the personal information we hold about you, you have the right to request corrections. You may submit correction requests through the same channels as for accessing your information. If you are unable to correct your information through those channels, you may also contact us via email. We will respond to your correction request within 30 days.
- (3) Right to Correct Your Personal Information
You may request deletion of your personal information under circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Our processing of your information violates applicable laws or regulations;
- We have collected or used your personal information without your consent;
- Our processing breaches any agreement between you and us;
- You no longer use our products or services or have closed your account;
- We have ceased providing you with products or services.
If we agree to delete your personal information, we will also notify third parties who received your data from us and require them to delete it, unless otherwise required by law or where they have obtained your separate authorization. Please note that deletion from backup systems may not be immediate, but will occur during routine backup updates.
- (4) Right to Modify the Scope of Your Consent
Certain basic personal information is necessary to provide our services. For any additional information collection and use, you may grant or withdraw consent at any time. Upon withdrawal, we will stop processing the related personal information, but this will not affect processing conducted prior to withdrawal.
- (5) Right to Account Deletion
You may delete your registered account at any time by contacting us via: privacy@ikitbot.comFollowing account deletion, we will cease providing products or services to you and, upon request, delete your personal information, except as otherwise required by law.
- (6) Right to Obtain a Copy of Your Personal Information
You have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data. Where technically feasible, and with compatible data interfaces, we can directly transmit your personal information copy to a third party you designate.
- (7) Right to Restrict Automated Decision-Making
In certain scenarios, we may rely solely on automated decision-making processes, including algorithms. If such decisions significantly affect your rights or interests, you have the right to request an explanation, and we will provide appropriate remedies.
- (8) Response to Your Requests
To ensure security, you may be required to submit a written request or otherwise verify your identity before we process your requests. We will respond within 30 days. Reasonable requests are generally free of charge; however, we may charge a reasonable fee for repetitive or excessive requests. We reserve the right to refuse requests that are manifestly unfounded, technically burdensome, pose risks to others’ rights, or are impractical.
We may be unable to comply with your requests in cases where:
- Compliance would interfere with legal obligations of the data controller;
- National or regional security, defense, public safety, public health, or major public interests are involved;
- Related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or execution of judgments;
- There is reasonable evidence of abuse or malicious intent by the requester;;
- Consent cannot be obtained in situations protecting life, property, or significant rights of individuals;
- Complying would seriously harm the legitimate rights of others or involve trade secrets.
How Your Personal Information Is Transferred Globally
In principle, the data that generated and coollected will be stored in the assigned servers according to your country or regoin. Prior to the effective date of this update, we have in total three servers: EU, CN and JP.
How This Policy Is Updated
Our Personal Information Protection Policy may be subject to changes. Unless required by relevant laws and regulations, we will not reduce the rights you are entitled to under this policy without your explicit consent. We will post any updates to this policy on this page. For significant changes, we will provide more prominent notifications (such as sending emails to certain users to inform them of specific changes to the policy).
Significant changes to this policy include but are not limited to:
- (1) Significant in our service model, such as changes in the purposes for processing personal information, the types of personal information processed, or how the information is used;
